Web Based on the employer’s requirement, we shall source and identify the candidates best suitable for the proposed job. We adopt various mechanisms such as advertisements, pan India tie-ups with recognised head-hunters, and others to meet the requirement.
We appraise the sourced candidates based on their qualifications, experience, skills, preferences, and other parameters to evaluate and shortlist the most suitable candidate.
Based on the evaluation of candidates on various pre-defined parameters, we interview the candidates to further evaluate their competence and suitability to the employer’s requirement. Upon request of the employer, the interviews can directly be arranged with the employers based on various audio-visual means.
Upon request of the employer, we facilitate trade testing of candidates to further assess the candidates' skills and training the candidates wherever required or requested.
After the screening, interview, and trade testing is complete, the most suitable candidates are shortlisted and selected to fill in various overseas employment positions with the foreign employer. These selected candidates are the aptest for the described jobs and shall possess all the required skills and professional traits.
The candidates are required to verify their credentials, including with respect to academic credentials and work experience. Various services and assistance in this regard may be provided by us.
We shall provide end-to-end services and assistance in handling all the required paperwork, documentation, and other compliances in accordance with the applicable laws to effectuate overseas employment. Such paperwork, documentation, and compliances may relate to employment contracts, passport and visa requirements, medical reports, police clearances, air tickets, and other clearances and requirements.
As overseas employment is a major career decision, We conduct pre-departure orientation sessions for the selected candidates, whereby the candidates are given brief about the employers, employment policies, roles and responsibilities, customs and traditions of the host country, and other information that may come handy to the candidates in the host country.
The employers are apprised of the flight schedule of the candidate (employee) such that all the necessary arrangements may be made. The employee is informed of the flight details and all the documents and information required to be taken along to complete the post-arrival formalities with the employer.
After an employee arrives in the host country and is employed with the foreign employer, we endeavor to resolve the concerns of the employers and employees that they may have with respect to the employment.
